Why aren't my emails being logged in the HubSpot CRM?

I have been sending emails and logging them, but the emails are not populating in the users profile on Hubspot.  If this is because I am a free CRM user and have maxed out my ability to log emails, can someone please advice me on where I can go to see that I have maxed out for the month? I want to determine if this is the cause of the issue, otherwise it will be another issue.

Hi @ToniC  If you are a Sales Free user and have reached your monthly limit, the Notification stream will grey out until the first of the next month. Your emails however, should still log. This HubSpot Academy resource explains some of the reasons why an email wasn't logged in the CRM
