This is a potentially very large list – is there a specific reason why you're asking?
If you want to troubleshoot, I'd recommend checking the installed apps in your portal under Settings > Integrations > Connected Apps. This will narrow down which apps might be making changes to properties in your portal. You can also filter properties under Settings > Properties by who created a property (click "All users" dropdown).
