Using calendar booking when a day might be blocked out

Hi,

We are using the calendar tool for customers to prebook calls. However, in instances where the Customer Success team are going to the office (and their diary is booked for the day with the desk number), the customer is unable to book a call with them.

Is there a way that we can override this specific event in the diary and allow customers to book in for days that they are in the office?

Yes, there is: HubSpot meeting links do not show availability only when a calendar event is set to busy, not when it's set to free. In the Google Calendar, for example, you can set this when editing an event, right above the event description:

The same feature exists in Outlook / Office 365:

Once set to free, the times will show as available on the meeting link.
