Using Snippets with 3rd Party SMS tool

We'd like to add SMS messaging to our customer/prospect communications streategy. My understanding is that Hubspot does not support this, and I need to purchase a 3rd party product.

We use Snippets extensively and I have been unable to fund a 3rd party SMS tool that supports Hubspot Snippets. Many have their own "templates" that can be created in the tool, but we do NOT want to maintain a separate library of Snippets and Templates (especially since it's not possible to export Hubspot Snippets).

Does any know of an SMS tool that supports Hubspot Snippets?

Thanks Tom - it would be great if Hubspot could just support SMS as a communications channel so it's fully integrated into the platform. I'm surprised it's not supported already - SMS is widely used for marketing and sales. If Hubspot has made the decision not to support SMS, then they should at least allow others to do so in a robust way. It's kind of a giant kluge right now.

Hey @Yo_Be_Low HubSpot currently doesn't have an api for snippets so there's no way for an external tool to communicate or pull data from it. So there wouldn't be a third party tool that supports snippets unfortunately. If you have service hub you could integrate a third party app with HubSpot conversations however, something like this here. 

Snippets are fully supported in conversations hub so would allow you to use them if you have an SMS channel configured as an inbox in your portal.
