Using Genesys Cloud with HubSpot

I need to use Genesys Cloud (a contact center app) with HubSpot CRM. 

Have any of you tried this already?

I don't have any personal experience with this integration. 

Have you looked through Gensys' community for commentary on the integration?

It might be worth taking a look through other forums while we wait to see if there are other community members who have used this integration before. 🙂

We found a workaround by... ordering integration from Genesys provider. 🙂

However, if HS integrates with SalesForce, it should also be communicating with Genesys.

I was wondering which Genesys provider you used?  Have you found it good and reliable.  Does it support Screen Pop for inbound calls based on Caller ID?

Hi, John.

Since we are located in Poland we used a Polish company Cludo. They sold us Genesys, as they are their Golden Partner, and provided us with 120 hours of support. This included writing a private app allowing for the communication between HubSpot & Genesys.

As far as the Screen Pop is concerned, we have not implemented this feature, but I'm pretty sure it is not a big hustle to get it done.
