It might be worth taking a look through other forums while we wait to see if there are other community members who have used this integration before. 🙂

Since we are located in Poland we used a Polish company Cludo. They sold us Genesys, as they are their Golden Partner, and provided us with 120 hours of support. This included writing a private app allowing for the communication between HubSpot & Genesys.
As far as the Screen Pop is concerned, we have not implemented this feature, but I'm pretty sure it is not a big hustle to get it done.
