Understanding Pending Payment with Hubspot Stripe Integration
Hello:
We use the Hubspot/Stripe integration. As part of the quote process, prospective customers use the "check out" button to enter credit card information and e-sign the quote. But I have seen several instances where the quote gets e-signed but status is "pending payment", and no subscription is created in Stripe. Can you advise on all of the scenarios that would cause the "pending payment" status?
