I receive the following message when I click next after mapping the columns and properties. The Ticket name, Pipeline, and Ticket status exist in my CSV file and has been mapped accordingly. Please advise.

To complete your ticket import, you needTicket nameandPipelineandTicket statusas HubSpot properties. Please review your property mappings below or review the columns in your file.
It looks like you assigned a deal pipeline, but not a ticket pipeline. Both deals and tickets need a destination, currently you're only telling HubSpot which status/stage to put a ticket into – but not which pipeline. Even if there is only one ticket pipeline in your portal, HubSpot requires that column.

The deal pipeline is modeling your sales process (scheduling appointments with decision makers, sending a quote, closing a deal), the ticket pipeline is modeling your service process (receiving request from existing customers, helping the customer, closing the ticket).
Usually the deal and ticket pipeline would not be the same. These are two different paths for two different objects in your portal.
Let me know if that makes sense!
