I have been successfully synching data for several months. I created a new custom field in the leads module. When I try to map to it I can't find it. I have tried clearing cache, login in and out, and just waiting several hours. Does anyone know why I can't see the field?
PS - I created this in a trial HS environment and SF Sandbox and was able to do it.
For future gneretion of seekers I'll write the solution I found out in the open: If the SF field had been set up correctly and it still does not appear in the mapping screen, it suggests that the Field is not visible to the integration user. To confirm this in Salesforce, you need to do the following: From setup, search foropportunities (or the object relevant to your case, mine was opportunities) and selectfields> click on the field which is not appearing in HubSpot > clickSet Field-Level Security> ensure that the fields are visible for the integration userprofile. If it's not there, that's your issue, allow permission and you're good to go.
