Synching hubspot emails to salesforce

Hi all,

I am wondering if it's possible to sync old emails that I have on Salesforce to Hubspot? I've installed the integration and gone through the sync process, but it looks like it will only sync emails I send going forward? If it's possible to sync old emails, could someone explain how to do that?

Hi @Rosab to bring your old emails from SFDC across to HubSpot, you'd need to use a data migration tool like TruJay - looks like they've rebranded as Sync Matters.

This can be a very complex process and requires extensive QA, it would be worth finding a solutions partner who can help you through the migration.

Trujay (the company) is now SyncMatters but the migration platform is MigrateMyCRM 🙂

so I don't think you can sync automatically the historical data for emails.

you can choose to import manually this information.
