Sync HubSpot List to a Specific Constant Contact List

I am trying to figure out how to sync a hubsport list to a specific list in constant contact. I just realized that the contacts sync nicely from Hubspot to CC, but I cen't see any way to choose where they go. In fact, it seems like they exist in CC but are not on any list at all! How do I make sure the contacts that are syncing go to a list I select?

Hi @APalmiotto,

I believe HubSpot’s native sync with Constant Contact doesn’t let you pick a specific list—contacts just get added but aren’t assigned anywhere.

Fixes:

1. Use Outfunnel – It syncs HubSpot lists directly to Constant Contact lists.

2. Zapier – Set up a Zap to add new HubSpot contacts to a chosen list.

3. Manual Workaround – Tag contacts in HubSpot, sync them over, then filter in Constant Contact.

For automation, Outfunnel or Zapier is your best bet!
