I recently integrated a new SurveyMonkey survey to our CRM. Last week, all responses were showing in Hubspot, including incomplete entries. This week, no incomplete entries will display. Our HS rep said that responses will only sync if the user clicks "Done", but that wasn't the case previously.
Has anyone encountered a similar issue? Or has anyone successfully integrated incomplete survey responses from SM to HS?

I think the best next step would be to partner with Support to ensure this issue is resolved specific to your portal. As you do have HubSpot Technical Support included in your subscription, I have connected with them on your behalf and representative will be reaching out to you in the near future.
