Hi @SQasim3 , if you have Marketing and Sales Pro, you can create a workflow where if the client opens (beware of apple privacy policy affecting this trigger) or clicks an email, a notification gets sent to the contact owner (for example) for them to make the call. If the contact doesn't answer, they should label the call as unanswered, and make that a trigger for the SMS to be sent.
That's an example, you can always work on the process further and work with other integrations to automate and involve different tools as much as you like. If what you are looking for, is not available in the HubSpot marketplace, you can probably integrate it anyways, I'm adding this link in case you want to further investigation: https://developers.hubspot.com/docs/api/overview
One way would be to enrich company data by AI agents scouring the web for specific prospect data.
For example, for a videostreaming platform, it would be valuable to know if an inbound lead is in telemedicine/remote education/etc. Or, a local delivery provider would want to know if a company in their pipeline has bad Google maps ratings specifically citing subpar delivery.

Customer received product samples(by mail). Customer receives an email if they see any opportunities with our products in their projects. When the customer opens the email and reads it, AI will call the customer directly after X minutes. and send a notification to us about it at the same time) Push notifications should appear indicating that we will call the customer in 2 minutes. is it possible to create this project?
