Can you maybe share a screenshot of what you are doing and what you are seeing?
Normally, the integration shows a "send slack notification" option in the available workflow actions, as per below screenshot.
I can also see you have a professional subscription. I'd recommend making use of HubSpot Support - the team is available on chat, call back and via e-mail and can remotely access your portal to help you troubleshoot.
