Slack integration - 'add note' and 'add task' not working
Dear all,
I have added the HubSpot app to the Slack app (iOS) successfully and I have added HubSpot to a public channel in Slack as well. I can access contact information directly, add company or deal details to this contact, and create a ticket. However, if I try to create a task for the contact I get an error (see image 2) and if I push 'add note' nothing happens/no dialogue screen appears (see image 1). Re-installing Slack or the HubSpot-Slack connection does not help. Using the Slack app for Windows results in having the same problems.
Maybe it has something to do with settings or language issues? (Note how one of the buttons has a Dutch text - 'Koppeling toevoegen' - and the other one an English text - 'Add note'.)

When you go to create the task is that the "Koppeling toevoegen" button? Or do you go on the three dots on the top right of the notification then create task?
I was looking on my end and it seems it can happen when you user is associated to 2 HubSpot portals and that both portals have the slack integration installed and are connected to the same slack workspace. Could you confirm if this would be your case or not?
