Shopify Integration - it says I'm already connected but I can't set it up
I'm looking to set up an abandonded cart workflow via Shopify integration.
I've got the HubSpot article on how to do this but it says to make sure our shop is connected. When I click on connected apps Shopify doesn't show there and when I click on eCommerce it says connect to a store and when I put in the store name it says already connected.
A previous employee set up the integration initially, so I can't ask them.
I asked the live chat and they seem stumped so are looking further.
I see you have indeed a ticket opened with a colleague from HubSpot technical support, they will be better able to look into this for you.
I'll however tag some of our experts on this just in case they experienced this issue before - @darynsmith@Bryantworks have you already encountered this issue with Shopify?
