Shopify Integration - No transfer of orders (deals)

Hello Community,

 

I'm desperately trying to build a small use case with Hubspot and Shopify.

 

Unfortunately, the Shopify integration is not transferring orders. Everything worked fine for creating contacts, but orders just don't show up.

 

Does anyone have any advice?

I reinstalled the Integration APP, seems like it is working now. Thank you.

Make sure you click Sync data in the integration tab and also Orders in Shopify don't show as Deals they show under the Order tab. So open Deals and then next to the heading Deals there is an arrow, click on this and select Orders this dashboard is where the sales data syncs to.  Screenshot 2024-04-12 at 8.44.01 AM.png

To troubleshoot the e-commerce deals not syncing over from Shopify to HubSpot, you can try the following steps:

1. Check that the Shopify integration is properly connected to your HubSpot account. Follow the steps outlined in the first document provided here.

2. Make sure that the deal sync is enabled in your Shopify integration settings. To do this, go to your HubSpot account, click on the Marketplace icon in the main navigation, then select App Marketplace. Use the search bar to locate and select the Shopify integration. In the integration settings, ensure that the deal sync is enabled.

3. Check if there are any specific filters or conditions set up in your HubSpot account that may be preventing certain deals from syncing. Review your deal properties, workflows, and any other automation settings that may affect the syncing process.

4. Verify that the deals in Shopify meet the criteria for syncing to HubSpot. Deals in Shopify must have a contact associated with them to sync to HubSpot.

5. If the issue persists, reach out to HubSpot support for further assistance. They will be able to investigate the issue and provide specific guidance based on your account setup.
