We've just switched to Hubspot from Zendesk. On Zendesk, we could tick a field which said "send to productboard" and when we submitted the ticket, the description (i.e. word for word what the customer said), would go to Productboard.
I know there is a Zapier integration but I can't see what gets shared to Productboard when you use it.
Has anyone else set up this integration and used it well between their support and product team?
@PPuri8 - I am not familiar with the Productboard actions in Zapier, but am with the Zapier platform and HubSpot.
I believe the Productboard actions in Zapier will work in the same way as other Zaps I have built out whereby, the action will look to the properties from the Zap trigger (new ticket in HubSpot) to populate the create note / feature Productboard action.

Sending information to Productboard
SOLVE
Thanks for your response.
Do you know if this will be free?
Is there any other way to send the text of a support ticket from Hubspot to Productboard so that the product team can see what kind of support requests are coming in that are related to the product?
