Send automated Whatsapp message for company level workflow

Hi there, 

We can only send WhatsApp message if it's a contact-level workflow. Do you know how we can do the same if workflow is triggered at the company level?

We're a B2B business, most communications are to be company based. 

Appreciate it if anybody knows any Whatsapp integration that allows that, or any workarounds. Thanks!

Hi @Nicolewzq,

What you could do is create a Contacts-based workflow and use associated companies filters as a trigger.

This will work if the contacts that you wish to send the Whatsapp communication with are associated with the companies that you are targetting in HubSpot.
