Send SMS messags in bulk

Hi, 

I wonder how this can work in the case of SMS using a external app like Twilio? 

In email works perfect because you can send multiple emails at once, but with SMS only lets you send one by one. 

Do you have a possible solution for this? Thanks in advance.
