See if WhatsApp message was delivered succesfully

Hi, how do you see whether your WhatsApp message successfully delivers at contact level so we can see communication history with this contact like we do with emails?

Hi @ABhandal4 , I don't know exactly if the WhatsApp integration (native) with HubSpot warning about delivered messages. 

I think the WhatsApp works simmilary a SMS. But, you can use a short link (like bitly or HubSpot track builder) to know when you link was clicked. 

You can use other integration (software) to see more information, I recommend the Spread.Chat to use.

We send messages out in bulk on Whatsapp via workflows - so it's hard to see if it has been successfully delivered especially if there were errors in the workflow
