Salesforce loging issue due to existing contact in CC

Hi guys,

 

One of our sales reps noticed that when sending an email from Hubspot Sales Pro he adds an existing Hubspot contact in cc, the e-mail will be logged into SF within the right account but assigned to the cc contact and not to the contact the email was originally adressed to.

 

Couldn't find any topic, case on that. Any ideas from your side?

Hi @Alexberthou 

 

Can you clarify if you are sending from your email client, or the CRM? If you are sending from the email client, is the message logging correctly to the contact record in the CRM?
