Sales navigator features not working

Working with the new prospecting workspace.

When executing tasks, it seems that the Sales Nav app is not working well. I beleibe a pop up should appear or us to send a connection request or Inmail right inside of HS. 

 

Is this feature working for someone else? I tried logging out of linkedin and re-install the app but no difference.

Thank you for the additional information and sorry for the delay in the response.

Could you please try the following and see if this helps:

- Try clearing out the cache and cookies?
- Try it again on another browser?
- Add LinkedIn as a trusted site to your navigator?

That's where the problem relies, the popup shows nothing, there's not even a pop-up, just the sales navigator integration title

I discovered that my browser was blocking cookies, so just had to disable that.
