The ability to see only a specific team's Sales Workspace should be implemented. Currently, anyone who has this toggle turned on can see everyone's Workspace. However, there should be limitations around this.
You can set up teams in Users and Teams and assign user roles and permissions to ensure team members have access only to the data relevant to them.
You can create custom views for each team that filter records specific to their activities. and then hare these views only with the relevant team members
