Sales Navigator to Hubspot Problem using Cognism

Hey there, I checked the other posts in here that might have the answer but if they had, I'm not smart enough to figure out how they could help me.

 

We are using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Cognism to import contact data from Sales Navigator to HubSpot.
Now every time we want to import contacts, we get this error message.

As far as I understand it's looking for a valid property in HubSpot to import the data and can not find that, is that correct?
I'm not so sure which property is provoking the error here. Is that somehow visible from that message?

You're right, this indeed seems like a property misconfiguration issue! Looking at the property values in the error message, they seem to be referring to the "Industry" company property in HubSpot:

I'm not entirely sure what might be causing the error here, but I'm thinking it could one of the following: 

  • Field mapping is incorrect: please note that there is also a default contact "Industry" property available in HubSpot which doesn't have the pre-defined options to select from like the company property in my screenshot above. Could it be that your mapping is set to the HubSpot company property instead of the contact property?  
  • You could be getting this error because not all "Industry" options are available in either Sales Navigator or Cogism. Where did you make this screenshot? Was it the Cogism app? 

 

I also wanted to tag in a couple of subject matter experts to see if they've experienced something similar before:
