SFDC Lead Conversion

SOLVE

Hi,

 

Does anyone have experience with data integrity with a SFDC integration?

 

I've noticed that we have several fields that are mapped between SFDC & HS that get reset in HS when the lead is converted in SFDC.

 

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Hi @JCoulter 

 

have you checked which settings you are using?

Perhaps your sync types could be rest to fix this.

For each property sync, select the sync type: Prefer Salesforce (default), Always use Salesforce, or Two-way.

Learn more about the sync types for Salesforce field mappings.

 

I am not sure if perhaps the settings is causing this to happen.
