Routing ERP emails

Can Hubspot receive email from the ERP and route it through to gain tracking?

Hey @DPewarchuk at the moment HubSpot only routes sales/1:1 emails through your email provider (such as outlook or gmail) or it routes marketing emails through their own servers. They don't provide a service to route emails through another server and also log them in your HubSpot portal (to track analytics). 

 

They do provide apis which allow you to get emails and get event data for a specific email too, so if you're looking to track marketing emails via your ERP system, then this would be the way you can achieve this. It would obviously depend on your ERP system and the apis they provide however and would require custom development.
