Reporting on Integrations Activities

Hi there,

Does anyone know if there is a way to report on intregration objects?

To use a specific example, I am able to see "Intercom" listed under "Integrations" on a customer's activity timeline, and see chat activities when they are made, but can't seem to find any property anywhere that I can use to report on this.

The Intercom integration does not tie an activity property or support the totaling the number of conversations by default meaning that we would not be able to show that in a report in HubSpot, unfortunately. If you have data on the total number of conversations on Intercom or another metric, you may be able to pull into HubSpot by manually tracking the metrics in the form of a custom property.

Hi There, any update on the reporting on integration activities? 
I am using userflow and would like to create a report on some specific userflow activities of my customers in HS.

This isn't neccesarily "Intercom"...its an upsell for Hubspot conversations and chat. 🤐

Best solution would be to use a Hubspot workflow or a Zapier to update a Hubspot Contact property to something like" Last Intercom Activity Date. 

Then report on that Contact Property and Direct link to the Contact.
