Re-import Shopify Data

I connected Shopify and all my orders, customers, etc.. imported as expected. I then attempted to import a couple of CSV files with customers and deals and messed it up so that I had several customer duplicates, I then deleted all the imported data in an attempt to clean it up. The problem is that several of the contacts it had created associated with my Shopify customers and they too were deleted leaving my several Shopify deals without an associated contact. I then deleted all deals and contacts, uninstalled the Shopify integration (both in HubSpot and Shopify) and then reinstalled the whole thing. The problem is that none of the Shopify information was imported the second time. Any advice on how to force it to reload all the Shopify data would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Based on your honest description ... thanks for that btw.

If you've already tried clearing your browser cache, viewing from another browser, and it's been over 24 hours ... depending on what tier of HubSpot you're using (i.e., Sales Hub, Marketing Pro, etc.), your easiest next step may be to involve HubSpot support.

If you're using free HubSpot your best bet may be a new HubSpot account. Wait for support to respond and see what they say. (important)

Hope that helps

Hey @MFrankJohnson I'm actually on the Forms and Conversation optimisation product teams so I wouldn't be familiar with the shopify integration.

Once of our community support specialists such as Jenny may be able to assist further on this.

LRC,

Try to use data migration services like Data2CRM. With its help you can import the needed data into Hubspot CRM.

Moreover, Dara2CRM and Hubspot are official partners.

To get detailed information on your issue contact Data2CRM experts.

Best.

Hi @LRC,

While I am not an expert in the integration, I would expect the data to sync again when you disconnect and reconnect. Are you still not seeing that happening?

@viddychang do you have any insight into what could be causing this?

Thanks,
Jenny

Thanks Jenny but no it doesn't resync when disconnected and reconnected.

It doesn't matter now anyway, I caused quite a bit of duplication problem from an offline import so I've scrapped this whole instance and am starting back at square one. Thanks again for taking a look!
