Hi. I have tried several times to connect the META admin to HubSpot (Sales Hub Professional) and I can't get it to work. When the Meta admin sales opens, it gives me a message that says: ""This number is registered to an existing WhatsApp account. To use this number, disconnect it from the existing account. Then, return to this page and re-enter the number. Note: It may take up to 3 minutes for the number to become available. "
We have already disconnected as much as possible and yet the error continues. Does anyone have the same problem? Has anyone been able to solve it?
@Sofia_Padron I know this is a new integration that is still getting some of the bugs worked out, I found this knowledge base article that has the instructions of how to set things up.
It looks like it is still recognizing that the phone number is connected from the account, maybe clear your cache and cookies then try to re-integrate.

Hi @kvlschaefer , I'm a bit concerned about deleting my profile as I am warned that I will lose all my data including those backed up on the icloud. Will I really lose all that valuable data just for this migration?

I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.

Hi Sofia, I had been having strange problems in the embedded signup flow for HubSpot -> Meta WhatsApp earlier this week and contacted Meta support, they let me know that they had been having platform issues that affected the embedded signup flow, like that from HubSpot. Perhaps your attempts at using the embedded signup flow happened during this downtime? These have since been resolved and the status dashboard now shows that everything should be working again: https://metastatus.com/whatsapp-business-api
