Problem with date of tickets created on Freshdesk (Spritle integration)
SOLVE
I am having issues with the Spritle Freshdesk integration.
In this example you can see that a ticket was creted on Freshdesk on the 13th of November, but it is logged on Hubspot as it happened on the 19th of June
As this is not a native integration built by HubSpot, I'd recommend contacting Spritle support through the info you can find here, as they will be better able to help you regarding this.

Thanks for your reply @TitiCuisset but can you please align with the Spritle support team? According to them it's up to HubSpot to fix it, apparently they are providing the correct timestamp and it's HubSpot messing that up.
It would be great if you find a way to finally fix this issue!
Do you mind clarifying what your exact setup/settings are on the Spritle side to create that event on the timeline? And taking a screenshot to share with us? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide the better we can assist and I could reach out to the team.
Could you also give an example record on your end that's got this issue?
