Problem with Integration

Hi people,

 

We are trying to test Hubspot and we've been facing some issues with the Outlook and Gmail integration.

 

We've read already the instructions and articles regarding that topic and even spoken to some sales team trying to seek for some advise.

 

However, we are still facing some issues. One of the emails which has been unlinked still logs into the system , while the one from the department we really that integration to works, it seems to be on and off.

 

When we try to create a new email from Gmail/Outlook they're not logging the data and creating those links into Hubspot.

 

Keep that in mind that we already purchase the add-ins and extensions for the browser.

 

This is essential for us, because at the moment we are trying the free version to see if it would be suitable for us, if by any chance this integration doesn't work it won't be a great fit for our case.

 

Does someone is facing any similar problems? Could someone advise us, please?

Please ensure that the integration settings within both HubSpot and your email clients (Outlook and Gmail) are correctly configured. Sometimes, small misconfigurations can cause significant disruptions in functionality, and check the permissions granted to the integration within your email clients. Certain permissions might need to be adjusted to allow for smoother data syncing.

 

What is the version you are currently using? The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide, the better I can advise on the next steps.

Problem with Integration

Hi Pam,

Thanks for your message.
So I've checked all the permissions are in place, with the corresponded
users.
It's quite odd, because we deleted one account to have access and even
deleted the extension on chrome and still it's showing a link between
hubspot while the other main account which we need that integration to work
is actually not.

We are using the Hubspot free version, because we want to make sure that
the system will suit all our needs and this integration in specific is very
important to us.

The same box to log messages doesn't show to my colleague even if we follow
the same procedures for all different users.

If you have any extra articles about this link between accounts and emails
and any step by step I can try to look through it again and figure
what could be possibly happening.
