We are organising an event, and the guests are not invited so we don't know who is coming, we want guests to check-in via a HubSpot form and when they submit the form, we want their details to be printed onto a sticker that they can wear as a name tag.
Does anyone know of an integration that could assist with making this happen?
I have been researching and haven't found anything. HubSpot support also could not help.
There are a lot of event platforms, they are really a dime a dozen. G2 has a grid on this where you can get some idea ( https://www.g2.com/categories/event-management-platforms#grid ). Given your current stage of registrations, I would not try to bring in a platform mid-registration as some of these can take time to implement.
The simplest way since you are already mid-registration would be to make sure you are adding these contacts to a list when you register. Then do an export/mail-merge into an application of your choice to print stickers out.
What I said still stands true for this. There are applications and solutions that solve this for you and help print nice badges, offer digital ones, etc. but given how far you are into the process I would not recommend trying to do that at this junction.

This really depends on available equipment and investment that you want to make.
