Owner change in Intercom updates Hubspot owner

Our app changes owner in Intercom automatically. These changes are not reflected back to Hubspot with the existing Intercom integration. I believe this might be because we are not paying for Operations starter to get more fields synced.

I want to confirm that this is the reason or if it is anything else we do wrong.

Did you get what you wanted here? I'm not sure if you also use Slack, but if you do I'd be happy to talk through your requirements and see if it's something that GetHarold could assist with.

Thank you for reaching out. 

I can see we have a Data Sync Integration (it doesn't seem there is the possibility to sync the owner) and another Intercom Integration - with the second one it seems like you should be able to sync the owner from Intercom to HubSpot - I'd recommend reaching out to Intercom on this as they were the ones who built this integration.
