Our app changes owner in Intercom automatically. These changes are not reflected back to Hubspot with the existing Intercom integration. I believe this might be because we are not paying for Operations starter to get more fields synced.
I want to confirm that this is the reason or if it is anything else we do wrong.

Thank you for reaching out.
I can see we have a Data Sync Integration (it doesn't seem there is the possibility to sync the owner) and another Intercom Integration - with the second one it seems like you should be able to sync the owner from Intercom to HubSpot - I'd recommend reaching out to Intercom on this as they were the ones who built this integration.
