Outlook Calendar integration - meeting times
Hi
I have installed Office 365 Calendar integration and have been trying to set up meetings from my Office 365 calendar. I have tried several test meetings, all set up in the same way from my outlook calendar and using the same contact - some meetings appear on the contact card in Hubspot and some never appear.
Also, when they do appear the start time of the meeting that pulls into Hubspot is a 1/2 hour earlier and the meeting time is an hour long rather than 1/2 an hour.
I have also tried setting up a meeting from my contact and get the following message:
We're sorry. There was a problem loading meeting window. Please refresh the page to try again.
Did you ever get an answer to this problem? We have a couple of users that keep getting their Outlook meeting times messed up and changed to 1 hour regardless of how long the time was set for. I am guessing it is the Sync process with Hubspot.
Thank you for posting in the Community. I would be happy to help you out.
It sounds like you are trying to connect your Office 365 calendar to HubSpot, but:
not all meetings you book on your Office 365 calendar sync to the HubSpot contact.
some meetings that do sync show an incorrect meeting length on the contact record in HubSpot.
Can you please share the following information with me through a private message:
your HubID.
the name of the contact record you are testing with.
a screenshot of your Outlook calendar that shows the booked meetings.
I also wanted to reference this Knowledge Base article. The bottom "Please note" section contains several bullets describing when meetings will not sync.
