Hey @eriknilsson

 

If you are looking to connect using the Office 365 connection, have you confirmed that they are your email provider (and not just your email client)? If this is not the case, I would recommend connecting your inbox via the IMAP connection. This will require you to know the imap and smtp ports that your email provider uses. If you do not know that information, I would recommend partnering with your IT team to get that information.

It turns out that my office has not yet been migrated to Office 365.

 

Further more, it looks like we do not have an IMAP endpoint. It's a self-hosted Exchange.

 

Guess I won't be able to use Hubspot then.
