As far as I can tell, the LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration only syncs information into the LinkedIn Bio contact property, not the Company name field. This was also discussed before here.
The information would have update with a contact property to trigger a workflow and notification.
You could set up a contact-based workflow to notify the contact owner whenever the LinkedIn Bio changes. Not the same but potentially also useful:
I don't have an active LinkedIn Sales Navigator subscription to test this but according to the documentation and earlier discussions, it should work.

Hello Karsten. I am also interested in this subject. I have LinkedIn Sales Navigator Advanced connected to my account. I would like to create a Workflow that notifies the contact owner when a contact changes its company on LinkedIn. I can not find the Contact enrolment trigger "LinkedIn bio" in HubSpot. Is it possible this has now changed? How to create a workflow that does that?
