Netstuite/Hubspot sync issues

When attempting a 2-way sync between hubspot and netsuite, the majority of the contacts are failing due to this error: 

This record didn't sync because of a NetSuite error.

TypeError: Cannot read property "length" from null (NLRecordScripting.scriptInit$lib#381)

Does anyone know what this means? We can't find that script in netsuite. 

Also, it is having trouble creating records in netsuite from hubspot because the tax item is required, but "tax item" is not an option as a field to map to in the sync setup.

I would like to share this knowledge base here on how you can connect your HubSpot and NetSuite accounts using HubSpot data sync.

Suppose you are still getting an error after following these steps. In that case, I recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription, and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, including hopping on a screenshare if necessary.
