Currently, we are using the NetSuite connector to sync Companies, Contacts (individual), Contacts, Invoices, Deals and Calls. We are experiecing extremley slow syncing of records between the 2 systems. for example, a brand new contact gets created in Hubspot, our SDR makes a connection, creats a Deal and an associated Company. It's been almost a full week now and none of those records are found in NetSuite.
Are any other NetSuite users experiencing this? Can anyone offer an insight as to why this is happening?
One week is actually concerning - Generally, the batch API should handle the records in in 24 hour loops, if your connection is new, I would do the following to investigate:
Contact Supports
If you are using the Native HubSpot App - Contact HubSpot Support
Contact Netsuite Support + CSM Regardless
If you are using 3rd Party App - Contact Developer
Self Troubleshooting:
Try to look at the mappings and see if there is anything missed by human error
see if you can push some same records by changing the criteria
