My whatsapp templates are not showing inside Hubspot platform

Hi Dear Hubspot community

I have a problem synching my templates from my whatsapp manager to Hubspot, any one know the solution for that please ?

note: my templates are already approved and the whatsapp account is already connected to Hubspot

Thanks for reaching out to the Community! 

 

I wanted to share the Message template types and approval section of this knowledge base article. There are some templates that might not sync over to Hubspot, and the ones that are able to be synced would need to have the consent from Whatsapp so you can use them externally.

 

Templates will only appear as available when you're trying to send them to a contact that has already been opted in for Whatsapp communications, as this is also a requirement for templates usage through Hubspot. If you're still experiencing this issue after verifying consent and the templates types, I would recommend connecting with HubSpot Technical Support, as Support is included in your subscription and they will be able to provide real-time assistance for this matter, where you are able to share screenshots and further information about this.
