My bussines or sells on hubsbot are not sincronizing well with shopify

Allways works perfect the sincronization with shopify but i have more than a week where the business or sells are not associating wit my clients.

I already errase cache and remove the app and install it again but keeps the same.

Somobody can help me wit this?

We have exactly the same problem. Everything was working fine and suddenly on August 30th the deals stopped syncing with Shopify (Since then there have been over 50 new deals that do not appear in the Deals list).
I went through the entire explanation on Analyze Shopify data in HubSpot and made sure everything was correct. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I tried to consult a representative in the chat.

Unfortunately nothing works yet.

Can you confirm you're using this integration? 

I understand your Shopify orders are not syncing to HubSpot as deals - can you confirm if this doesn't create deals at all, or if there is some missing information? 

Is this happening with all Shopify orders or some of them?

Could you also send screenshots of a specific Shopify order that does not sync to HubSpot? 

Could you also send us a screenshot of your Shopify HubSpot connection by clicking on the Marketplace icon, then Manage, then Connected apps, then Shopify? 

The more information, screenshots, and details you can provide the better we can assist!

yes is the integration:

This bar dont finish of donwnload i dont know if its afecting, but the thing is that the clients are sincronizing well is the business or sells that don´t do it.
Order:3758 she buy everything creats well except the business

don´t creat at all since de 30 of august

to the order 3757 evyrthing was fine, after that nothing

I see that someone else reply that is having the exact problem even with the same date so must be something of the integration more that something mine.

Please help with this issue
