Multiple failed orders notifications

Hi all,

The system is sending out multiple emails saying orders failed. We're using woocommerce with hubspot. On woocommerce there is nothing  under "failed orders" but I can see all the failed orders email sending out here in hubspot with order #### and everything. Please help. Thank you

Would you be able to please share a screenshot of the notification? Is it is coming from Woocomerce or HubSpot? Is the system you are referring to HubSpot or an external system? Hi there! I believe it's coming from wordpress/woocommerce because that's where we set up the notifications when order is made, failed, process, etc and then it comes through hubspot > tickets.
