More configurable Slack Integration with data from other systems

Hi all,

We're building a new Slack app for HubSpot at getharold.net, and would love some community feedback on our roadmap for search. We'd like to know whether there is a need for:

1. More configurable search (contacts/deals/companies)

- Configure which attributes are searched

- Configure what data is brought back, and how it is formatted

2. Incorporate relevant data from other systems

- If you're using other systems (Intercom, Zendesk, ???), include data on contacts and companies that exists in those systems as well

- eg: When searching for a customer who is due for renewal, get not only their HubSpot data, but also info on open support tickets from Intercom or Zendesk (all from Slack)
