Messenger Integration - Stuck on "Connect" stage

SOLVE

Hi,

 

I am stuck on the "Connect" stage wherein you set the initial configuration on integration.
I created a facebook page and my plan is to connect it there but it is stuck and when i checked my facebook page under settings -> business integration, there was Hubspot Conversation integrated already and yet on the Hubspot it doesn't appear.

SOLVE

I was *finally* able to solve the problem by:

 

- Deleting the Business Integration from FB yet one more time as mentioned in: Troubleshoot issues connecting your Facebook page to the HubSpot Social tool ...

... AND THEN, BEFORE TRYING AGAIN ...

- Logging out of Facebook

- Turning off all ad blockers (and all extensions temporarily). <— key step

- Clearing the browser cache

- Closing and reopening the browser

- Logging into Facebook again

- And then finally it worked!

I, too, am stuck at that same stage. I've tried deleting the integration and starting over (including using different browsers and clearing their caches), but I run into the same issue each time. Did you ever find a solution, @9Dots?
