Meeting availability based on Area

Hello All,

I do mobile wheel repairs in several different areas but due to the distance between the locations I can't service two different areas in the same day.

is there a way when I send a meeting request depending on the customer area it will select what days I am in that area and will give them the 4 week view to book in.

Hi @DSaunders5,

Unfortunately not, no. Meeting links cannot take into account location, distance, travel time etc.

If you have dedicated days in each area, I'd recommend simply setting up one meeting link per area – e.g. one for Monday through Wednesday in area 1, one for Thursday and Friday in area 2, displaying availability accordingly.
