Meeting Link Tool

Hi, 

I've got a client who is looking into a meeting link solution. They have do in-person meetings in their building that share 3 conference rooms, they want to check the availability of sales reps against the availability of the conference rooms. 

Does anyone know of a good solution for this?

Hey @mrobertson11 in general I usually see people just set up a meeting room in their calendar for booking (such as in google cal) this easily lets you view the availibility of a room alongside any collegues who you have visbility of calendars for. I know outlook have this feature too. 

If you wanted to have people be able to book a meeting through HubSpot you could set up a user account for each room, then use those users to create meeting links. It would be a bit messy but you could set up a group for each sales rep and each room so the group (sales rep + room) would have to be available at that time. I'm not sure how sustainable this would be though as each "group" would need their own link. 

Another potential workaround would be to create a unique calendar for each rep that populates with their own calendar and the rooms calendars. You could then have them sync these calendars instead of their own to the meetings tool, you would then only be shown times when both a room and a sales rep are available and you could set up a round robin to assign it to whoever is available.
