We are developing a new site and have integrated WooCommerce to HS using MakeWebBetter. We have done all of the field mapping, and all of the data comes over perfectly into Hubspot IF there is no macthing contact.
When the user data matches the contact data, then no other data is brought over except for the deal.
We have several custom fields that are synched and map correctly. The problem seems to exist if the contact already exists in HS, then no other data comes over - whether its a different address, or other fields/properties in HS that are blank - the data just does not come over.
MWB has been looking into it, but they gave me an odd response as if they aren't looking at what i seeing.
This could be a HS thing where I need to set some rules, or do some workflow, or it could be MWB. Any thoughts?
