When an email is open, it reflect in mailchimp but doesn't show on the activity in hubspot, we are not using an A/B test, campaign is less than 30 days and we don't have an empty subject. Any idea why? Thanks
There is a setting in Marketing > Email Service Provider where you need make sure you have the "Show Mailchimp email activities on HubSpot contact records" on. Also under a contact, make sure you have your filters to show the Mailchimp integration:

Hey Chris. Some of our users are not seeing the filter tick box for Mailchimp in the filter options. Any idea why this might be? I am able to see it but some of our sales people can't.
