Justcall not logging calls or texts

I integrated Justcall.io to keep records of calls and texts in Hubspot. It currently is not logging any activity. Anybody have any suggestions?

@sharonlicari , 2 things I checked.

In contact view - make sure the intergration is checked to view the activity
I have two test contacts with the same phone number and the activity posted to the one that I created first.

It works as expected.

I'm not able to see how you solved this, and I'm currently facing the same issue. Could you please elaborate? I have also checked the integration is enabled to view the activities
